We worked with Scott to renovate our condo at The Mariner on Perdido Key in February/March of this year. He was referred by a longtime friend and it was a very positive experience. He and his crew did high-quality work. His attention to detail, especially with the tile work, despite a complicated pattern was really good.
We found him to be really collaborative, offering suggestions when needed to enhance the look and explained why certain things worked better. He never tried to bulldoze his own ideas through, only provided solutions.
Managing this reno from TX meant we needed someone who would communicate well with us and Scott did that with daily updates on progress. He provided confirmation on design and layout questions via texted pictures and overall, gave us a level of comfort that things were being handled well.
Another really helpful aspect was his flexibility in picking up items that were delivered locally. There was no way for us to be on-site at that time, so this was a big help.
His pricing was very reasonable and we believe he was always fair with us. We’ll seek him out again when we decide to do more and we definitely recommend him.
